How We Work
At BA Global Talent, we believe great work happens when people feel trusted, supported, and respected. Whether you’re based in LATAM or the U.S., you’ll find a work environment that’s remote-first but deeply human.
Here’s what you can expect as your human resources:
Our Values in Action
These aren’t just words on a page — they’re how we show up every day:
Integrity: We lead with honesty and uphold the highest ethical standards in every action and decision.
Respect: Everyone is treated with fairness and dignity. No exceptions.
Responsibility: We own our work and its impact — on people, teams, and the world.
Excellence: We bring our best and raise the bar together.
Inclusion: We champion equity and embrace diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and voices.
These values apply to every professional we work with — because they’re the foundation of how we grow and succeed together.
Remote Work That Actually Works
Flexible, clear schedules
We work with U.S.-based clients, so time zone alignment is important — but not one-size-fits-all. Whether it’s PST, CST, or something in between, we’ll always communicate expectations clearly from the start so there are no surprises.Communication matters
Clear, timely, respectful communication is everything. It’s what keeps remote teams strong.A Safe Space to Speak Up
We encourage you to ask questions, share ideas, and offer feedback openly. That’s how we learn, grow, and continuously improve the experience for everyone.
We’ve Got Your Back
From your first interview to your onboarding and beyond, our team is by your side. Whether it’s guidance on a client call, help with documentation, or just a check-in, we’re here to support you, not just place you.

Our Application Process
We keep it simple, honest, and respectful of your time. Here's how our selection process works — and what you can expect at each stage.
Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Submit Your CV
Apply to a specific opportunity or join our Talent Pool to be considered for upcoming roles. Every CV we receive is personally reviewed by our team — we take the time to understand your background and skills.
Tip: If the position requires one, don’t forget to include your portfolio or relevant work samples.
Important: Make sure to submit your resume in English — only those will be considered.
Even if you're not the right fit right now, your profile stays in our system, and we may reach out if something more suitable opens up in the future.
Step 2: Profile Screening
If your CV meets the expectations of the role, one of our recruiters will reach out to schedule a 30-minute video interview. We focus not only on your experience but also on your soft skills and communication style, which are essential for thriving in a remote work environment.
📹 In some cases, we may ask you to submit a brief video introduction or video assessment before the interview. This helps us get to know you beyond your resume.
📬 Reminder: Please keep an eye on your inbox, and don’t forget to check your spam or trash folders just in case. We don’t want you to miss our message!
Step 3: Initial Interview with BA
If you move forward, you'll have a one-on-one conversation with someone from our team. In this interview, we give you a full picture of what to expect, something we believe every candidate deserves.
We’ll walk you through:
The scope of the role
Schedule expectations
Compensation or commission structure
Any additional perks or benefits
A general overview of the client’s industry and company culture (we keep the company name confidential at this stage to protect the process for everyone involved).
We provide transparent feedback and tell you exactly what comes next — whether your profile will be shared with the client or kept in our Talent Pool for future opportunities. You'll also receive a timeline for when to expect an update.
Step 3: Client Interview (When Applicable)
If your internal interview with BA goes well and the client expresses interest in moving forward, we’ll invite you to a client interview.
At this stage, we’ll share the client’s name and provide all relevant details so you feel fully prepared. You’ll know who you’re meeting, what they’re looking for, and how to make a strong impression.
We’ll guide you with personalized interview prep, answer any last-minute questions, and stay in close contact throughout the process — you're never on your own.
Step 4: Offer, Contract & Onboarding
If selected, you’ll receive a clear offer with contract details. We’ll walk you through onboarding and make sure you’re set up for success from day one.
Timing
Most processes are completed within 2–5 weeks, depending on the client’s timeline. We’ll keep you informed either way — even if you’re not moving forward immediately.
Stay Connected
Not selected this time? You’re still part of our Talent Network. We often match professionals to new roles weeks or even months after their first application.
Be sure to join our Talent Pool to stay in the loop for future opportunities!
