BA Global Talent is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Claude-Powered Development) in Latin America and the Caribbean, to join one of our U.S.-based clients. Responsibilities:

• Leverage Claude (by Anthropic) as a primary code-generation tool to accelerate software development

• Review, edit, refactor, and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and maintainability

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies

• Own deployments and releases across cloud environments

• Ensure company data and systems are secure and properly protected

• Deliver functional, production-ready projects that are actively used by end users

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on solutions

• Take full ownership of code quality, technical decisions, and project outcomes

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Senior Software Engineer, working on production-grade applications

• Hands-on experience using Claude or similar large language models (LLMs) as a primary development tool, ideally for 12+ months, in real-world or production environments

• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter, React, and Node.js

• Working knowledge of .NET and Blazor

• Experience deploying and managing applications in Azure (primary) and AWS (secondary)

• Proven ability to work with AI-generated code and confidently identify when outputs require modification or redesign

• Experience owning deployments and production releases

• Strong understanding of secure development practices and data protection

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
