Talent Acquisition Associate (LATAM)
BA Global Talent is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate based in LATAM to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and a team of specialists. You will play a key role in shaping sourcing strategies, engaging top talent, and delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from role intake to offer stage.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to define hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and design targeted sourcing strategies.
Proactively source and attract top talent using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, niche job boards, and innovative outreach methods.
Conduct candidate screenings and assessments, evaluating both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and other internal systems.
Provide regular updates and reporting on hiring progress to the Talent Acquisition Lead.
Utilize tools such as ClickUp and Google Workspace to manage workflows, track progress, and meet deadlines.
Stay informed on industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices.
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience hiring across a variety of roles and industries.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact with US-based candidates and clients.
Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and workflow management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Google Workspace).
Ability to manage multiple open roles and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Nice To Have:
Experience recruiting for US-based companies or candidates.
Exposure to technical or IT recruitment.
Familiarity with Teamtailor ATS platform.
