BA Global Talent is seeking an On-Site Legal Assistant in Tampa, Florida, to join a dynamic and client-focused law firm. You will play a key role in supporting attorneys and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, particularly in a high-volume, client-facing environment. This position is fully on-site and ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a legal setting.

Responsibilities:

• Compile, organize, and maintain information and documentation for attorneys

• Respond to client and trustee requests in a timely and professional manner

• Archive, manage, and maintain email communications

• Scan, organize, and distribute mail to clients

• Prepare legal documents, including notices and reaffirmation agreements

• Assist with scheduling and managing a high volume of client appointments

• Ensure accuracy and organization of case-related information and files

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law is required. Candidates must not be currently enrolled in school (unless graduating by May)

• Strong interest in building a long-term career as a Legal Assistant. Paralegal certificate is a plus

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively

• People-oriented with a customer-focused mindset

• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

• Must be based in the Tampa Bay area

  • Preference for candidates living within 10 miles of the office

  • Candidates living more than 15 miles away will not be considered
