Junior Product Support (LATAM & The Caribbean)

Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and content updates across e-commerce platforms, including uploading and maintaining product information, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Support the setup and launch of new products by updating product pages, bundles, and listings across company platforms.
Assist with maintaining accurate product data in systems such as Shopify and NetSuite, including inventory status (in stock, out of stock, pre-order).
Follow established standards and best practices for product listings, content management, and catalog maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, engineering, brand, and sales) to ensure product information is accurate and consistent across platforms.
Monitor product performance and sales data using web analytics tools and Excel to support reporting and optimization efforts.
Assist with pricing updates, promotions, and campaign launches on e-commerce platforms.
Support website maintenance tasks, including identifying issues, implementing updates, and coordinating fixes with technical teams.
Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality across product pages and digital platforms.
Meet deadlines related to product launches, content updates, and promotional campaigns.
Contribute to improving the online customer experience by supporting product page updates and merchandising initiatives.
Ensure all work complies with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, product data management, or a similar role.
Experience with data entry and product catalog management within e-commerce platforms.
Experience or familiarity with Shopify or similar B2C e-commerce platforms.
Experience working with ERP or product information systems, such as NetSuite, is a plus.
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
Familiarity with web analytics tools and performance reporting is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when handling product data and website updates.
Ability to analyze basic sales or performance data to support product and merchandising decisions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations.
Good understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, including product listings, promotions, and online merchandising.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work within structured operational workflows.
Candidates must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
