Junior Product Support (LATAM & The Caribbean)
BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified professional to join a dynamic team as a remote Junior Product Support in Latin America and the Caribbean. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the customer experience for online users for a company that focuses on new product launches, promotional updates, and e-commerce merchandising.
You would be joining a fantastic group of people who not only demonstrate their belief in BA and its mission but also deliver fantastic results. If you are a self-starter and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this is the role for you! Apply now for an opportunity to start or further your career with a young, fast-growing company that values its front line.
Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on data entry and content updates across e-commerce platforms, including uploading and maintaining product information, descriptions, and pricing.
Execute the setup and launch of new products and complex bundles directly within Shopify.
Ensure product inventory is consistently accurate, managing statuses for in-stock, out-of-stock, and pre-order procedures.
Follow and set standards and best practices for new product listings, content distribution, and catalog maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, engineering, brand, and sales) to ensure consistent product information across platforms.
Monitor changes in product sales and performance using web analytics and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) to stay organized and support optimization.
Support pricing updates, promotional launches, and website maintenance tasks, including identifying and coordinating technical fixes.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision across all product pages and digital platforms.
Meet strict deadlines related to product launches and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of direct, hands-on experience working within the Shopify admin.
Proven track record of implementation and execution (setting up products, tags, and collections) rather than just high-level strategy.
Familiarity or direct experience working with ERP or product information systems, specifically NetSuite.
Strong Excel skills, including the ability to use Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs for data reporting and catalog management.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and solve practical problems in situations with limited standardization.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in data reporting and website page management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Candidates must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
Nice to have:
Experience in general e-commerce operations or with other B2C platforms similar to Shopify.
Time Zone: Mountain Standard Time.
Schedule: Full-time
Remote
Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for job opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
