Creative Designer (LATAM & The Caribbean)
BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified professional to join a dynamic team as a Project-Based Creative Designer in Latin America & the Caribbean. You will play a crucial role supporting a U.S.-based creative and experiential marketing agency that specializes in spirits and beverage brands. In this role, you will function as an extension of their internal team, working closely with the Art Director to create high-impact brand assets and digital visuals for major events like SXSW.
You would be joining a fantastic group of people who not only demonstrate their belief in BA and its mission but also deliver fantastic results. If you are a self-starter and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this is the role for you!.
Apply now for an opportunity to start or further your career with a young, fast-growing company that values its front line.
Responsibilities:
Design and update brand assets across multiple formats and channels, including digital flyers and campaign visuals.
Create music lineup graphics for a high-profile festival showcase, including full and daily lineups.
Develop retail and in-store assets such as shelf talkers, window displays, and point-of-sale materials.
Produce Instagram-ready content in 9x16 and 4x5 formats, ensuring all key information stays within safe zones.
Collaborate directly with the Art Director on concepts, iterations, and feedback, functioning as a true team member rather than an external vendor.
Maintain brand consistency by aligning all deliverables with the client’s visual language: restrained, confident, and high-contrast.
Ensure clear type hierarchy and legibility for scanned information, specifically for artist names, stages, and time slots.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, specifically for managing organized artboards and working files.
Excellent typography and layout experience, with a focus on clean structure and readability.
Strong sense of brand identity; you must be able to create original designs that are not reliant on templates or "Canva-style" layouts.
A professional portfolio is required to demonstrate style alignment and technical skill.
Experience with beverage or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Autonomous and proactive with the ability to work comfortably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
Detail-oriented and flexible, with a willingness to adapt designs as brands evolve.
Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective collaboration and communication.
