Responsibilities:

• Act as the "pilot" for Claude to rapidly generate high-quality Flutter widgets, state management logic, and cross-platform mobile features.

• Build and maintain scalable backends using Node.js, while supporting web-based interfaces via React and .NET/Blazor.

• Take full end-to-end responsibility for the deployment lifecycle within Azure and AWS.

• Apply senior-level knowledge to identify and fix "jank" or inefficient rebuilds in AI-generated Flutter code.

• Ensure all development practices align with company data protection protocols and infrastructure security standards.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Senior Software Engineer, working on production-grade applications.

• Advanced proficiency in Flutter.

• Proven ability to use Claude to speed up development cycles significantly without sacrificing quality.

• Strong experience with Node.js, and React.

• Hands-on experience owning deployments in Azure and AWS.

• The deep technical knowledge required to identify hallucinations, security flaws, or architectural inefficiencies in AI-generated output.
