Business Development Representative (Latam or the Caribbean)
BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified professional to join a dynamic team as a Business Development Representative in Latam or the Caribbean. You will play a crucial role supporting a client that operates as a global B2B and B2C strategic communications and digital marketing agency. This client specializes in creating thought-provoking content and data-driven solutions for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups across sectors like high-tech, energy, and financial services. Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients, building robust prospecting lists.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial sourcing and contact to applying strategies and closing deals.
Engage prospects via tailored cold calls and emails to build relationships and schedule consultations.
CRM Management: Maintain the company’s CRM system (Salesforce or similar) to ensure accurate lead tracking and sales forecasting.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify high-potential opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the agency’s strategic communications and digital marketing services.
Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company growth.
Campaign Execution: Design and execute mass email marketing campaigns and multichannel outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Collaboration: Provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate with internal teams to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Requirements:
Proficient English with excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.
Candidate must be based in LATAM or the Caribbean
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with expertise in crafting compelling messages and conducting effective sales calls.
Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
At least 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
Time Zone: Pacific Time (PT), but there is flexibility to work in Eastern Time (EST), provided there is sufficient overlap
Schedule: Full-Time (8 hours daily).
