Lead Data Entry & Product Tagger (LATAM & The Caribbean)
BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified professional to join a dynamic team as a Lead Data Entry & Product Tagger in LATAM & the Caribbean. You will play a pivotal role in leading a team dedicated to converting static documents into shoppable digital experiences.

Responsibilities:
Team Management & Delivery: Manage the tagging team, oversee daily operations, and ensure all deliverables and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for the client, handling reporting and updates regarding project status.
Tag Products: Like the rest of the team, you will tag products within digital catalogs by drawing bounding boxes around items (e.g., chairs, lamps).
Data Entry: Enter related codes, prices, and product details into the software system.
Quality Control: Ensure the team maintains high attention to detail, as tagging errors can directly affect catalog usability.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory. You must have excellent English skills as you will be the primary contact for the client.
Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and communicative skills are required to manage the team and report effectively.
Attention to Detail: Ability to perform and oversee repetitive data entry tasks with high accuracy.
Reliability: Consistent availability to handle the continuous flow of work and team supervision.
Tech Specs: Must own a reliable computer (Windows OS preferred) and have a stable high-speed internet connection.
Nice to have:
Experience with Slack: Familiarity with Slack for team communication is highly preferred.
Previous experience in a team lead or supervisor role.
Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
Familiarity with digital catalogs or e-commerce.
Schedule: Full-time opportunity. Hours can be flexible as long as deliverables and SLAs are met.
