Creative Virtual Assistant (LATAM & The Caribbean)
BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified Creative Virtual Assistant in Latin America & The Caribbean to support a growing digital marketing agency. This role requires a multidisciplinary professional who can balance creative tasks (such as supporting content and basic design work), administrative coordination, and direct client communication. The ideal Creative Virtual Assistant is organized, proactive, and comfortable switching between tasks that require attention to detail, visual judgment, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Scheduling social media posts using our social media software and assisting with content development over time. If you have a talent for Canva designs, that's a significant plus!
Project and Campaign Management: Managing design and marketing projects for clients using our dedicated software, as well as running and monitoring email marketing campaigns. Project management is a core responsibility in this role.
Client Communications: Communicating directly with clients to gather marketing assets and access their online accounts (e.g., social media, Google accounts).
Marketing & Sales Support: Conducting competitive market research, managing our CRM, and developing content with AI. You'll also assist with sales outreach efforts and lead generation once trained on our client's processes.
Administrative Tasks: Creating proposals and handling additional administrative duties as necessary.
Report directly to the Creative Director and Director of Digital Marketing.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (client-facing role).
Ability to attend video calls as needed.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks or manage workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Canva (or similar design tools) for basic to intermediate graphic design tasks.
Experience with ChatGPT for draft content creation.
Experience with social media scheduling software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social).
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
Experience with Vendasta partner center and business app is a bonus.
Experience using Slack or MS Teams.
Time Zone: Eastern Time
Schedule: Hourly-based (average 20-40 hours/week)
