BA Global Talent is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer in Argentina or Colombia, with strong C# experience to support the development and modernization of business-critical desktop applications for a global leader in the appliances, electrical, and electronics manufacturing industry. This role focuses on desktop application development in .NET (6+), while also contributing to backend and database components.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain desktop applications built with C# and .NET (6 or above).
• Contribute to modernization initiatives by improving stability, performance, and maintainability of existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical support when needed to ensure smooth internal operations.

Technical Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Must have hands-on experience developing desktop applications using C# and .NET 6+ (including .NET 7 or .NET 8).
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Strong English skills (verbal and written).
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with distributed or remote development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Experience contributing to UI/UX improvements for desktop interfaces.
