Appointment Setter (LATAM)
BA Global Talent is seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Appointment Setter in Latin America to join the team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand the value of the firm's services in estate planning, probate, and business law. You will play a crucial role in connecting families and entrepreneurs with the legal support they need to protect what matters most.

Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage potential clients who need services in Estate Planning, Probate Proceedings, Trademarks, and Small Business Law.
Clearly communicate the firm's holistic approach, explaining how its services help clients create, protect, and transfer generational wealth.
Conduct initial outreach to understand the unique needs of prospective clients, including single-parent families, blended families, and unmarried couples.
Educate potential clients on the importance of proactive planning to keep their families out of court and avoid conflict.
Schedule consultations and "Family Wealth Planning Sessions" for the attorney with qualified leads.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, managing follow-ups through email and phone calls.
Professionally represent the firm and its mission to help families protect their loved ones and hard-earned assets.
Provide administrative support related to client intake and scheduling.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in sales or business development. Experience selling legal or other professional services is a significant plus!
Fluent English (advanced or native level) is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate must be based in Latin America
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, compassionate, and compelling manner.
A professional and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine desire to help clients.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
A proactive, client-service-oriented attitude.
Details:
Time Zone: Eastern Time
Schedule: Hourly (10+ hours per week, with the possibility for more).
Location: Remote from Latin America
