BA Global Talent is seeking a qualified and creative Email Marketing Specialist in Latin America. This remote role is essential in developing and executing email marketing campaigns for our client, a premium craft spirits brand. You will be responsible for the entire email lifecycle, from copywriting and design to campaign management and performance analysis, to engage the brand's audience and drive loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Craft clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for various email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product announcements.
• Design and build visually appealing and mobile-responsive emails within Mailchimp.
• Plan, schedule, and execute all email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.
• Monitor and report on key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain the health and cleanliness of the email subscriber list.
• Ensure all email campaigns align with the brand’s voice, style, and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the client to understand campaign goals and deliver results.

Requirements:

• + 1 year of proven, hands-on experience with Mailchimp is mandatory.
• Proven experience in an email marketing or digital marketing role.
• Experience with other email marketing tools is a plus.
• Experience in the beverage, spirits, or CPG industry is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM regulations, deliverability, and testing strategies.
• Must be based in Latin America.
