Inbound Sales Representative (LATAM)

You would be supporting a well-established home construction company based in Cedar City, UT, recognized for its efficient prefab and panelized home building practices. With hundreds of residential projects completed across the Western United States and features in leading industry publications like Builder Magazine and Dwell, the company offers modular, panelized, and design-only home solutions. This sales role plays a vital part in helping prospective clients determine if their building goals align with the company's innovative approach to construction.

Responsibilities:
Manage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads daily.
Filter leads based on geographic requirements (within an 8-hour drive from client facilities).
Make professional, high-quality sales calls to understand client needs and provide guidance.
Guide prospects through the entire sales process with clarity and empathy.
Handle plan modifications, manage expectations, and perform timely follow-ups.
Keep CRM updated (Pipedrive, or transition to platforms such as Go High Level).
Prioritize quality of engagement and lead qualification over call volume metrics.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be based in Latin America or Trinidad and Tobago
Strong phone presence and the ability to engage in direct, confident conversations.
CRM proficiency (Pipedrive preferred); openness to learning other tools such as Go High Level.
Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
Strong English language skills
Real estate or B2B SaaS experience is a plus
Time Zone: Mountain Time (MT)
Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (MT)
